End the viewing session deliberately
Before leaving Trex IPTV 8K playback on a Fire TV device, open the player's controls and use its stop or exit-playback option if available. Check that the programme has stopped before leaving the app. Do not treat a dark television as proof that the player or service connection has closed. Amazon explains that some televisions do not report power-off or input changes to a connected Fire TV.
Understand what the screensaver tells you
Fire TV sleep mode, an idle screensaver and a paused picture are different observations. Amazon's Fire TV guidance describes app responsibilities for keeping playback awake and releasing resources afterward. That guidance does not prove how your particular player behaves. Note whether you see the Fire TV screensaver, your television's own screen or a frozen programme. Avoid changing several sleep settings together; identify which device produced the screen first.
Resume carefully, then describe any problem
After waking the device, open the player and check its displayed playback state before starting the programme again. If controls remain unresponsive, use the device's normal Restart option and allow startup to finish; menu wording varies. Restarting is a troubleshooting step, not confirmation that a fault is fixed. Trex IPTV 8K support is available 24 hours. Send the device model, player version and sequence of buttons used, with private account details hidden.
