When a purchase becomes final
Once the price is agreed and the order confirmed, the purchase is final and non-refundable, except where applicable law requires a refund. This includes activated, partly used and unused periods, as well as promotional, setup and activation services.
Stopping use
You may stop using the service, but that does not create a refund, credit or exchange entitlement for the current period. Customer-side device or internet problems do not create a refund under this policy. Non-excludable legal rights remain unaffected.
A legally required refund
Email info@opplexiptv.com with the order details and reason for the request. Any required refund is returned to the original payment method within the period required by law or the payment provider. Digital delivery means no physical return is involved.
